Regional Vice President of Business Development

JOB SUMMARY:                                                                            

The Regional Vice President of Business Development is focused on generating leads and building relationships with large physician practices, physician practice management companies and a regional territory of hospitals and healthcare systems through prospecting and consultative sales efforts. He/she is responsible for communicating Intellimed’s value propositions and demonstrating common or unique uses of Intellimed data and products to increase sales and expand Intellimed’s presence in the market. The Regional VP of Business Development should be articulate, highly motivated, and a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct lead generation and qualification activities focused on large physician practices and physician practice management groups as well as an assigned target market of hospitals and health systems.
  • Successfully move clients through the sales funnel to contract signing.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and manage sales process execution.
  • Schedule and conduct client and prospect presentations and demonstrations using strong analytical capabilities.
  • Compile and analyze client’s and prospect’s market needs.
  • Work with our VP of Growth and CFO to define contract requirements.
  • Represent the company at conferences and technology seminars.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with physician practice management, ACO development and operations, or healthcare physician focused sales.
  • Must possess a fundamental understanding of healthcare and physician practice management operations and data needs.
  • Must have a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Must have the ability to work from an office or from home.
  • Travel required 30-40% of time, when not restricted by COVID.

    Customer Success & Data Procurement Manager

    JOB SUMMARY:                                                   

    The Customer Success and Data Procurement Manager owns all aspects of the customer lifecycle including successful onboarding, providing an exceptional on-going customer experience, and finding ways to provide further value to our customers. In addition, they make sure current datasets are up-to-date and seek to expand our data coverage through researching and investigating potential new datasets and data sources. This high-touch position requires a strong attention to detail and follow through. The ideal candidate understands healthcare data, has a passion for technology, a mind for research, enjoys helping customers succeed, and loves working in an environment that places a high value on innovation, passion, commitment, and a desire to be part of an exceptional team.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain a high level of proactive customer service with a minimum of six proactive customer calls/contacts per week that guarantee customer training and satisfaction with Intellimed products.
    • Train and/or provide a quarterly account usage review with at least 80% of assigned customers.
    • Ensure that no more than 5% of assigned account value is lost annually.
    • Understand customer contracts and be able to draft amendments, manage Data Use Agreements, and ensure 100% compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare data regulations.
    • Be the primary point of contact for all post-sales activities including but not limited to customer onboarding, consultative guidance, product training, technical support, and assigned account management.
    • Understand key components of Intellimed data and applications, with the ability to demonstrate core features to the entire company within 60 days.
    • Demonstrate an advanced ability to work with exported data using third party applications including Microsoft Office within 60 days.
    • Be willing and able to facilitate training for customers on all Intellimed applications within 90 days.
    • Contribute to and create product training documentation as needed, and participate in 1-2 product training videos monthly.
    • Diligently and accurately document all aspects of customer touch points in Salesforce to ensure a high level of service daily.
    • Be responsible for quarterly projects that promote customer engagement and increase value to customers.
    • Be able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level, both within the company and with customers.
    • Track and note when discharge data is to be ordered.
    • Track state & vendor rules for obtaining data.
    • Research and Identify potential new datasets that would enhance Intellimed’s data and application offerings.
    • Apply for discharge datasets, including completing and submitting the appropriate forms and DUAs.
    • Track proprietary datasets and other data submissions and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
    • Load data from disks, thumb drives or transfer from FTP sites into our internal system.
    • Notify Data Team Manager of data reception and file locations.
    • Request ETA’s from Data Manager and communicate to Sales, Service and Clients.
    • Conduct quality control on processed datasets.

      QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer facing role.
      • Must have a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
      • Must have the ability to work from an office or from home.
      • Travel required on average 3-4 times per quarter when not restricted by COVID. Employees would receive 2-3 weeks’ advance notice.
