INTELLIMED is well known for its Customer Relations and technical support staff performance. Our online self-help support resources are top notch and are included with every signed contract. A multitude of continuing support programs extend INTELLIMED's support of clients and provides education from experienced healthcare professionals.
Introduction

INTELLIMED's Customer Relations Team provides post-sales technical assistance along with complete application system training. We also support the Sales Department with pre-sales demonstrations and assistance for individuals evaluating our software.

We will answer operational and/or installation questions and will provide in-depth operational guidance as is reasonably required and possible. Operational and technical support will be provided for all current software applications. Support for legacy software applications (previous versions) continue for a period of up to 90 days before requiring a client to perform all necessary upgrades.

What can I expect Customer Relations to answer?

The Customer Relations department serves as the communications backbone for INTELLIMED. All questions related to INTELLIMED can be answered or an answer found via this department. As a general rule, customer support is helping a customer make our application perform as documented and provide educational information for those using the application. Customer support also includes helping a customer understand the data to get the best possible performance and specific tasks completed by informing all users on what the capability of the system is and giving instruction on how to use all facets of the product. Some limitations include consulting based types of assistance that requires intimate knowledge of a user's particular project, goals, product, third-party technology integration or restrictions. These types of requests would fall into INTELLIMED's available "Consulting Engagements" which are available to clients and non-clients alike.

How do I contact the Customer Relations Team?

Customer Relations is available during normal business hours of Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm MST. After hours calls should be forwarded to the Director of Customer Relations.
