Sg2 and Intellimed have established a business agreement to work together to develop an integrated product to co-market and sell, as well as the other services and products for each company. The initial integrated product and service is the Sg2 Impact of Change Application ("the IoC Application"), which has now been integrated with the INTELLIMED Strategic Decision Support Application ("the IM Application"). This integrated application ("the IM/IoC Application") will be offered as a licensed IM/IoC Application product to existing clients of both Parties and to new prospective clients currently not clients of either Party under the standard INTELLIMED License and Maintenance Agreement. The IM/IoC Application will be offered with the understanding that the licensee shall be obligated to purchase a membership in the Sg2 EDGE program.
