Intellimed Direct – When You Want Immediate Assistance
Our direct training is provided one-on-one when you want or need immediate assistance. Use this option for everything from the basics to querying an ad-hoc report. You can initiate an immediate 30-minute training session by calling your Customer Relations Account Manager between 8am and 5pm Mountain time.
Intellimed Webinar – When You Want to Learn in an Online Classroom
If you don’t have an immediate need, a webinar is an excellent training option. We offer an average of 6 prescheduled online webinars each month via GoToMeeting or GoToWebinar. You can view the schedule and

Intellimed OnDemand – When You Want to Learn on Your Schedule
If you prefer to learn on your own and at your own pace, this is the option for you. Intellimed OnDemand is a series of 10-minute online videos that you can watch at any time.
Intellimed On-Site
Included at the start with every IntelliClient license, this option is best suited for clients interested in in-depth training for their staff. Lasting approximately four hours (9am-1pm) Intellimed travels to your training site and provides detailed training on all aspects of the software. Many clients have found that taking advantage of an additional on-site training a year or so after contract signing to be an excellent opportunity to train new and infrequent users of the product.
