What states do you have data for?

We have varying levels of data for all fifty states thanks to our access to public, private and national data collection programs. Our level of access for each state varies based on specific Data Use Agreements. To learn more, please contact your area regional sales manager by visiting our Contact Us Page.

Can I have access to more than one state?

Yes. We offer customized licenses that allow access to multiple states.

Is IntelliClient a web-based product, or does it run on my local server/computer?

IntelliClient is installed on your local computer but uses the Internet to access data on the Intellimed servers. This installation significantly improves the ease of use, flexibility and optional features.

What kinds of data are available?

IntelliClient provides access and reporting for inpatient, ambulatory surgical and emergency department data (subject to each state’s collection requirements).

Can I sort the data by geographic region rather than by facility?

Yes. Discharge data can be sorted by zip code, city, county, state and Core Business Statistical Areas (CBSAs).

How timely is your data?

On average, we release datasets to clients 10-12 days from when we receive the information.

How many users can I have on the system?

The IntelliClient license allows for 5 identified users with the option to add additional users based on need.

Do you have a projection module?

IntelliTrend is a new projection module that has been integrated in Intellimed’s IntelliClient application. IntelliTrend uses the clients’ actual data to project patient demand by service for inpatient admissions, ambulatory surgeries and emergency department visits. What kind of ambulatory data modules do you offer?

IntelliClient offers ambulatory data reports that focus on market analysis and utilization benchmarks using CPT, HCPCS and APC clinical units of service.

Can I create my own custom reports?

Yes. IntelliClient offers standard formatted as well as ad-hoc reporting functionality.

How easy is it to switch from my current system to IntelliClient?

Transitioning to IntelliClient is quick and easy. Establishing custom groups and definitions you’ve come to rely on can easily be created during the transition. Speak to one of our Regional Sales Managers today to learn more.

How fast can we get set up on IntelliClient?

Once your license is signed, identified users can begin using the system the same day.

How often do you get new data?

Data is received continuously from providers. By pre-ordering, we ensure you get access to your monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual releases as quickly as possible.
